What would you say if someone was to say that in view of Ms. Offsend,scomment that the library needs maintenance,that out of 58 fifty eight branches that they are covered by only 6 six maintainers.....Thats much smaller than any other department in the system .So with 40 special officers just hired and 35 custodians hired does it make sense that no maintenance was hired? Simple question to a simple answer by means of deduction tells one that something might be wrong.
