At the time Everything's Cool was made, "a government agency responsible for protecting our planet" is a direct quote from NASA'S website. In fact, it's one of NASA's defining goals---so speaking of junior high school, I suggest this reviewer needs to go back to junior high school where his reading comprehension skills can be honed.
