'Spectacular Trial' Is Seen in Case of Liberty Dollar

Submitted by John, Nov 21, 2007 13:35

This is probably the best opportunity for the united States of America to stand up and take their country back. The FED notes are illegal, the US mint sells the liberty coins for more than the amount of gold or silver that is in them (same as Liberty dollars) and there is proof that the US treasury has no beef with the Liberty Dollar coins.
The biggest problem the government has with these is that they support a PEOPLE backed country rather than a corporate backed country. As does Ron Paul. This is indeed a very important case in that (If I know Bernard well enough) it will expose the dastardly deeds of the US government and their long term plan for world domination.
Remember, the united States went bankrupt in 1933 and a new corporation called the Government of the United States of America was formed as trustee in bankruptcy. Then the gold was taken out of circulation..
This is the best thing that could happen to the US right now in that the truth might actually come out... Bernard — Best to NOT use a lawyer in this and go pro se. You have a much better chance of winning because you have the PEOPLE on your side. 1) your legal defense bills won't be as big and 2) your chances of winning automatically increase from 6% to 15%.. KNOW your case and follow the rules of evidence and courtroom procedure (find out at http://www.georgegordon.org ) and you increase your chances of winning this case to approx 95%.
Time to make the USA a country to be proud of again... Vote for Ron Paul. Use Gold and silver.
Some food for thought: The IRS can only accept a 1 oz gold coin at FACE VALUE for payment of taxes... That is $50. PERIOD. How many $50 gold coins can fit into your basic personal exemption? They cannot have it both ways. If they only accept the coin at face value, then they can only tax you on face value. But a gold coin is property — And there is no tax on property.. Hmmmm........
