Will Spitzer freeze the amount of federal tax dollars for all of us who get no benefit from NYCTA also? How about freezing gasoline taxes, or better yet let's roll back gasoline taxes for commuters. Totally irresponsible. NY will be running to federal taxpayers for more billions to subsidize their lifestyle. Let them pay their own travel expenses.
