When such an unwarranted killing of innocents is done by the hands of the terrorists or insurgents, there doesn't seem to be much condemnation of those deliberate "executions." On the other hand, if an even one innocent is "accidentally" killed in a coalition/American attack on known terrorists, it is beyond reason that such a thing could ever be understood as collateral damage of war. When the Iraqi people finally decide they won't tolerate those terrorist attacks and turn them in or eliminate them by themselves, peace will come to Iraq.
