Divesting from U.S. related oil assets has become the manner in which Chavez expresses his hate for America. He cannot send the oil to China yet, no refineries still exist to process his oil but, as soon this is the case, goodbye U.S.A. Between 3-4 years.

Meanwhile the U.S. is doing..... nothing.
