The above article once again shows the unhealthy monopoly of influence of US foreign policy in the region wielded by organizations like AIPAC, with a correspondence absence of any balanced debate because of insufficient lobbying power from the Arab side and the terror of Washington politicans of getting on the wrong side of AIPAC. I refer all readesr to the brilliant expose of the lobby in "The Israel Lobby and US Foreign Policy" by John Mearsheimer and Stephen M. Walt.
