Paulson May Have Overstepped on SIVs

Mr. Furchtgott-Roth makes a lot of sense here, and his example of Spitzer following Paulsen's precedent is spot on. What's next, Mr. Furchtgott-Roth? Are you going to expose the manipulation of the gold market too? See GATA for details. Have you already done the phony jobs numbers generated by the CES Birth Death model too? Chris Puplava just did a tour de force on that yesterday at financial sense. It seems that a growing proportion - now reaching 70% - of the establishment survey numbers are now being generated by the BD model.

How about the Presidents Working Group - what exactly are they working on? After all, remember that Paulsen has "reinvigorated" the shadowy cabal of regulators and market participants. I say "shadowy" because their activities are totally secret. John Crudele has made a FOIA request, only to receive a letter saying that no records responsive to his request have been located. There is a lot of evidence of market manipulation out there, if Mr. Furchtgott-Roth wants to find it.

The manipulations have even reached the point where financial newsletter writers have even devised a whole new type of analysis to account for it. You've heard of fundamental and technical analysis - now meet interventional analysis. These are not your father's markets. This is not the Founders America. We need a rebirth of freedom, and it all starts with the hard money system in the Constitution.

It's time we elected Ron Paul.
