I haven't been there in a few years, but there are entire sections that need to be gutted and rebuilt. They are a safety hazard. The mayor should immediately post signs warning all of this and prohibit any schools from visiting the UN. The next step would be to prohibit any minors from entering the complex. If they do not complete major repairs within one year, then perhaps it should be cordoned off, permitting only diplomats and the press to enter, at their own risk.
