Given the sharp writing of this past season (as compared to say season 5), I think Larry David's got a good grasp on what to do with his plot-lines. The inclusion of the hurricane family put Larry into a new context without taking away the believability that a displacement would have. Actually a more natural state for Mr. David's relocation would be his home state: New York. Though Seinfeld may have been his thoughts on the particulars of that location.
