I live on W 117th Sreet between 8th & ST Nicholas, as tenants we purchased our building from the NY City in 1994, and is a co-op, our community is changing over night as we sleep, and the Graham Court is resisting the change I wonder why. We should communicate with each other and try and plan better for our Harlem Community, because times are changing and Graham Court, according to Real Estate description is a Pre-War building, and should be brought up to code, and the tenants could live better. I really would like to know are the tenants organized, do the meet and discuss the possibilities of change.
