Defeat of Voucher Plan in Utah Raises Questions for Supporters

Hopefully voucher supporters will understand that Utahns have expressed their support for Public Education and they will now devote their money and energy to encouraging state legislators to support an increase of tax dollars for the improvement of public schools.
