I was born in Vienna. My parents were religious. In 1941 my parents and I were deported to Lodz and in 1945 I was liberated in Buchenwald. I had an offer to travel for free to Vienna and would have had to pay for my wife. My memories of Vienna are not such that I have a desire to visit Vienna. Prior to my emigration from Europe I visited Vienna in 1950. I cannot forget the Morzinplatz and the screaming Austrians "Ein Volk, ein Reich ,ein Fuehrer". Austria was a nighmare
