When the Met has a low level night and they do have many second rate performances
could they institute a refund system or "rain night" . The high cost of tickets should have
some guarantee of at least a "good " performance . I can hear Gelb laughing at this .
I don't get paid for 2nd. class work ,why should the Met ? Oh , yeah I forget -they pass
themselves off as bringing "high art to the masses.
