What's the vote count on the Mukasey nomination? I'd go so far as to sell out schip (well, at least until jan 2009) to get votes to reject the AG candidate whose expansive view of executive power in times of war suggests the president has the constitutional power to be above the law... nevermind Muaksey's hedge on whether waterboarding is torture.
