It will take some time to assess Mr. Hill completely. Perhaps there will be some mitigating circumstances which will erase the stain of Mr. Hill's time at the U.N. serving Boutros Boutros Ghali. I expect Mr. Giuliani can explain why this is a resume enhancer. Until then, you are known by whom you associate with.
