Bolton Book To Bare Rift on Policies

I agree with all of John Bolton's comments. It is very difficult to be optimistic about the U.N. Has anyone read the hilarious book on the U.N. Gand by Pedro San Juan or The Tower of Babble by Dore Gold? What I would like the U.S. to do is to junk the U.N. and form a world-wide federation of all countries that are committed to democracy and liberty. It may sound utopian but in l900 there were about 10 democracies in the world; in l975 there were about 30 (if I remember correctly); there are now about ll9 democracies out of say l70 countries. Such a confederation would commit the United States as well as all members of the confederation to the defense of Western Civilization. The only reason that I can think of to stay in the United Nations was given by Daniel Patrick Moynihan . He said that if we left the U.N. would declare us a rogue regime.
