Union Set To Challenge Council on Suburb Ban

Submitted by dan, Oct 29, 2007 14:44

Does it even register on the city council that employees of the city are providing services to tax papers, and the the jobs are not created just to have jobs? In this light, of course, the residency requirement makes no sense. The city should want the best qualified person providing services to its taxpapers, whereever they are from. It's nuts to see these council members work feverishly on behalf of such a small slice of their voters. Taxpayers be damned.
