I can understand the right to ban the use of cell phones,but I dont agree with it.

I dont understand how they can seize the phones as punishment and then keep them after school is over, and punish my kids even when they are out of school,and on weekends.

This is surely a violation of civil rights, the kids are denied due process,and are being punished due their private lives(time away from school)

While the ban may be upheld in court, what about the illegal seziure,and retaining of personal property.

Maybe this needs to be tried in court.
