A New Web Site for Rental Apartments, Hold the Fees

Submitted by Broker, Oct 25, 2007 19:00

Urban Sherpa should have spent their money more wisely. If you think every Land Lord will be sitting down putting in their listings, you have another thing coming. And then there are the LL's that don't know what a computer is. So once again, if someone wanted a sure thing or close to it. Use a broker. The fee spread throughout 1,2 or 3 years will be equivalent or better than a no fee rental building. Get an honest hardworking broker with at least 5 yrs of experience and you'l have yourself any easy move. This new system could not possibly keep up with a knowledgable broker. You'l be seeing apartments that wont come close to what you want and you'l be waisting alot of time and time is money.
