Junta should put the opposition at a level playing before even starting the dialogue. The cunning strategy of the junta is to put the opposition to the weakest level and then start the dialogue and negotiation. This is absolutely unacceptable!!

I am sure the junta will negotiate to get some, if any, power from the opposition and impunity once some leaders step down. As the very possible threat of being sued and tried for 'War Crimes' for the junta leaders is looming once they step down, the junta is holding the power and dragging the time as long as possible. In a sense, the junta leaders are living dead. The War Crimes tribunal is patiently and impatiently waiting for the junta leaders for their nefarious atrocities, no matter what the outcome of the dialogue and negotiation is.

Junta is already doomed!!
