The Threat From Turkey

Submitted by George, Oct 20, 2007 10:29

If the killing of 1.5 million Armenians is not 'genocide' what is it then? Turkey's answer that it was war and "stuff happened" cannot minimize what happened. Instead the Turkish government tries to rewrite history and blackmails other countries to turn a blind eye to what really happened. Turkey should face the historical facts of what happened and make sure that it never happens again. The American congress should recognize what the rest of the civilized world does without any fear from a country that it has supported wholeheartedly in the past.
