"Soha 118", which is almost complete will be the tallest structure between 110th-125th until "5th on the Park" dwarfs it 2xover, when completed in Fall 08. "5th on the Park" will rise 30 stories above Harlem over Marcus Garvey Park. This ground up luxury condominium will be completely market rate, with 160 spectacular sunflooded condo units.
