...when a parabolic reflector made from something very light, thin aluminum say, maybe like a curved balloon inflated with some inert gas through a Fresnel lens onto a working fluid through a Stirling cycle engine is very likely cheaper, more reliable, more easily maintained and very replicable and ultimately can be made from materials found on the Moon?

Sometimes a simple answer is the best answer.
