The point is that all this is a smokescreen created by Mr Fayed to cover up the fact that it was his employee, Henri Paul, that killed both his son and Princess Diana because he was drunk at the wheel. When the inquest is over and this fact is confirmed (yet again) then perhaps the Royal Family will take Fayed to court on a corporate manslaughter charge, get damages for Princes William and Harry and in the process pin the blame where it really belongs. However I don't think the Royal Family are that crude or vindictive.
