Chris Faherty is an astute observer of "The Puzzle Palace"...aka One Police Plaza. As we are entering the mayoral election season, it is timely that we consider who will be the next PC. That position is arguably the next mayor's most important appointment. Ray Kelly has set a very high bar to reach and will be hard to replace. Fortunately ther e are two Joes that can reach that lofty height, Joe Esposito and Joe Dunne. Either would fit well behind Teddy Roosevelt's desk at One PP. For my money it should be a Dunne deal.
