I don't think UN has any power or ablity to bring in any change to the Burmese people.The Government has no intention of giving up their power and control . Who want to give up all the power and luxuary life style ?
If UN sincerely want to help the Burmese people,it won't take 45 years.The UN is a big WHITE ELEPHANT and it waste all the world resources and only work for the politicians themselves.
