New York's Next Frontier

I'm exhausted by third row politicians (Stringer) and his acolytes at Community Board 9 . This whole charade they're putting together to prevent Columbia from becoming an even better institution and New York from staying at the forefront of the world stage as a City is nothing more than a shakeout for money. They shield themselves on a defense against gentrification, however to my understanding there's 41 apts , and tire repair shops, electric supply stores, etc in the area (to Mr. Stringer this is a valuable historical manufacturing tradition)

Wake up! Does the City need to stay competitive in an ever changing world? do we need more bio-research facilities? should we support the kind of institutions that make New York the unbelievable city it is?

Well, according to the characters above, we should have more tires fixed and drink distribution warehouses, the City is about to sink without them
