Now tell administrators to stop instructing teachers to lower their standards. Also, quit blaming teachers when they are legally required to teach 11th grade, Mexican students who have only a 3rd-5th grade education. Also, quit telling teachers to have high school students draw pictures of a novel and use this as an assessment of learning.

Geez!
