It's a pretty good article, well written, very detailed.

I agree with John Kraft in that his lawyer is changing the story way too often, and therefore, I see a conviction. However, I would like to see the charges raised. If he was carrying a rifle, with one bullet loaded, and from what I have heard on campus from fellow students that he was hanging out around Marrillac hall, looking into the rooms as if he was searching for someone, then he should definitely be charged with some sort of murder charge, attempted maybe? I feel bad for the kid though, I really do, from what I've read, he seemed like a pretty smart guy, well, maybe just not this time around :(
