Mr. Bush is an extremely intelligent man with an unfortunate style of public address which, of course, liberals love to mock. Unlike George III whom J.H. Plumb, the English historian, called, '...a molusk who didn't find his stone.' Pres. Bush can pretty much whistle his way through just about any world situation with the confidence of an informed and enlightened man who reads constantly - with no worries of blue urine. The Queen on the other hand appears to be as dry as a stick and smug about it. I can't imagine her reading anything that would affect world affairs, but then she has someone to do that for her, her P.M. I once saw a portrait by Mengs of a particularly grotesque Eighteenth Century Hapsburg Prince that made you wonder about the value of Primo Genitor...we Americans fortunately don't have to worry about that, but the Brits...well, that's another matter.
