Here's his comments from a real dictator's visit to Columbia:

And given his cooperation with the surveillance and demonization of the Middle Eastern Studies department a few years ago, I think we can dispense with this notion of Bollinger as a champion of free speech. This speech is him sucking up to the Neoconservatives and Zionists in the Bush administration who want to bomb Iran, and he tried to use this event as pro-war propaganda. I think it backfired, most people probably think he should have been allowed to speak without the audience being "vaccinated" against what Ahmedinijad had to say, as the president put it.
