Inside the Mathematical Mind

"We do not know how the brain generates its thoughts." However, we do seem to have an assumption that it does. And where does this assumption come from? Ah, another thought! I have always thought that it was thought that generated the brain, frankly. But that is just what I think; let others ponder (and wither) with their notions that, somehow, matter causes mind. It's an old question, and it will remain so--precisely because so many have it backwards.
