Oh, David, you misinterpret!! Mennonites and Amish are NOT a dwindling group. In fact, the Old Orders are some of the most quickly growing groups in the Anabaptist tradition.

My understanding of Jayne's choice of subject matter is a juxtaposition against the Brittany Spears, Claudia Schiffer and Heidi Klum.

I wish you would have interviewed me, because I am Merv in the "Merv and Mr. Horst" and I would have liked to give you my commentary. The photos were taken in my parents' kitchen in Upper Leacock Township, Lancaster County, Pennsylvania.
