This is nothing more than the anti-gun crowd trying to open another door to deny the second amendment. I, myself, don't believe we should let terrorist buy guns and laws are in place to prevent this from happening if a convicted felon (terrorist) tries. It is called "Due Process". That program also has flaws as one individual I know was arrested because he had the same name as one felon being watched. The background check alerted local authorities as to his location and they arrived at the store while he was waiting for approval to purchase. A SSN check ensured his release after ariving at the police station. Mistakes are made often enough. More laws aren't the solution, fix and enforce the laws already in place is the answer.
