I am a stockholder of CAT and have spoken against the divestment of CAT at their shareholders meetings. Asking CAT to get involved in geopolitical problems would be the demise of their company. They sell tractors and bulldozers worldwide to Libya, North Korea, and other countries, in addition, they cannot control secondary markets. This was a frivolous lawsuit and the decision was just, regardless of your feelings about Israeli politics. The Corries should be suing the International Solidarity Movement for recruting their daughter and placing her in a war zone fighting againt an allie of the United States.
