I also only know Aileen from FFXI. But I feel so so sad for your family. She was one of those people who I just knew was super nice and sweet from the few words we ever said to each other.

I know that nothing can ease your pain but time, and still then, it doesn't get better, you get used to it. It will never make sense why such beautiful people get taken away from us, so young. She makes me want to strive to be a better person, and do more with my life. Just typing her name in google, many things come up, and reading articles about her, you KNOW she left her mark on this world, and that mark can and will never be erased.

I feel deep pain and sadness for you and your family, while reminding myself that I don't need to be sad for her, as she is ok now, she is taken care of, and amongst all the beautiful things you could imagine. I think about your daughter, sister, and friend all through out my days now, and will continue to keep you in my thoughts, and prayers.

Please try and take comfort in knowing she is at peace, and knowing that beautiful things come to beautiful people when their time with us has ended.

Please let me know if I can be of any help to you at all, for anything.
