The Michael Moore Challenge

I've been treated in a private home in Cuba by the neighborhood doctor. No stethescope, no thermometer, but a good and effective diagnosis.

Of course, try to find a private Cuban home with over-the-counter pain releivers or other medicine - you won't. People dying of cancer don't even get ibuprophen (Advil) much less something effective for pain.

There is separate treament and even separate doctors for foreign tourists. I've been to one of those, also.
