I am writting from Madrid - Spain and am a fan of the Spanish National Basketball team. The best we ever had!

I do not agree with some comments here. Players can be injured in every place... in summer leagues, in training sessions, in regular seasson, at home...

In the case of Garbajosa, you can not imagine how he worked in order to be in a very good shape for this tournement. Raptors would have to thanks he come as because of this Garbo will begin the regular season splendid! I beleive thet Raptor understood this! Raptors cannot complain as Spain had to pay a really high assurance for Garbo to be here.

Another positive aspect is that playing with Spain they are really happy, being here is a great supplement for their courage and moral moral strength. They reinforce their winner mentality, an aspect very important to players like Gasol who do not win nothing in the worse NBA team. Here they are with their families and friends and are really loved and idols!

If NBA's teams didn't give persmission to come I am sure that our players would be very dissapointed, like a chatisement for them. Like this they go to the NBA with the batterys charged.

Memphis, you will have a very great surprise when they discover who Juan Carlos Navarro is! An incredible and spectalular player!""
