Reader comment on:
Jane Wyman, Reagan's 'Button Nose'

Submitted by Miriam Shields, Sep 11, 2007 10:07

The sycophantic panderings of this paper have reached new depths. I will now no longer buy this paper. To mark the passing of this great actress with a headline that refers to her failed marriage to a man who she divorced, in 1948, is chauvenistic and not in the least insulting. Jane Wyman was a great actress, who did many things with panache, but this paper chooses to use her passing as a eulogy to one of our great Presidents, is quite frankly, insulting, unwarranted and demonstrates a male chauvenism that should be long gone.
