I am not Jewish however, I did go to work for the Army of Occupation in Germany in 1946 and saw many human wrecks who had survived the Holocaust. I was a young college graduate from the United States and gradually realized the horrror experienced by Jewish people and others who happened to be in Germany at the wrong time, or had in some way brought themselves into the concentration camps. I saw a camp for children from Latvia, Estonia and Lithuania who had been removed from their homes because of their blonde hair, blue eyes and fair skin. They were being repatriated and returned to parents they could not remember.

I am always interested in information about the Holocaust and this particular article is so brutal, it is hard to understand how it could have happened. Surely, a book will be written when all of the data has been collected.
