Giving the NSA, the CIA or the FBI power to violate citizen's constitutional rights and ordering that citizen never to disclose that violation (a "gag order") is akin to ordering rape victims never to report the crime.
Thank God the judiciary is functioning as a check on this unprincipled presidency, despite attempted right-wing packing of the bench.
Those who surrender freedom for transient security will discover that they are without both freedom and security.
