I have been to the Beresford to an apartment on the tenth floor and the view is out of this world. That apartment which is only a three bed room is valued at over 20million dollars. So i am sure the penthouse specially if it's duplex seems to be a fair price at 28 million. So i am surprised that it is still on the market.
