i agree with most of it but rather than ending high school at 16 , college level classes should be taught.

i completely agree that the information can be learned much earlier than it is currently but i do not think it has anything to do with puberty. learning still takes time and it doesnt matter if your body is growing up faster. there is also information i've seen that describes how this early puberty could very well be to the growth hormones fed to beef cattle and the fast food industry using this meat. i would argue that the early puberty is actually a negative thing and has no bearing on the age of graduation.

... but ike i said... much of the time in school is wasted. my memories from elementary school tell me that they spent far too long teaching and re-teaching the same things every year. ie in math we would learn addition then the next year addition again and subtraction, and the next year addition and subtraction again and then multiplication. yes students need to review to drive in the fundamental skills but not like that. you can continually refresh by doing a couple review problems on each assignment. then you get through everything faster and could very well graduate by 16... but again let the kids be kids. if needed the last 2 years of hih school you can choose a major or 2 or 3 and begin to focus your college level classes on that and then they could walk out and get their bachelors degree in 2 more years in a real university as long as they dont change majors. perhaps give the option to graduate at 16 if they chose to take all 4 years at the university, but i think the kids should be "taken care of" until 18.

this would allow the universities to focus more on graduate studies. their undergraduate programs would be much smaller.
