I'm glad to see Fred Thompson in the race. I heard that if he had gotten in the race earlier, either the TV Law & Order shows he is in would have been cancelled--or--the Democrats could have asked for equal time. Since he is an actor because it pays well, there would be no reason for him to foresake months of royalties. September is the new TV season, and a good time to bow out. I liked Ike; I now like Fred!!!
