We can all say we have made our own mistakes, we all have accidents, but it does not mean that we are bad people. We learn a lesson in life. The media has torn Alexey Bushuyev apart, slandering him, making him seem like a monster, they need the viewers. people dont know the real alexey, they dont see how he was the typeof person that cared more about others then himself, how he would rather get hurt than see anyone else get hurt. Alexey was always the type of person to try and get people set on on the right path, encouraging his friends to stay in school, and always do the right thing, no matter how hard it was, tobe a good person. No matter who it was family, friend, or stranger he was always willing to give a lending hand. Alexey was just getting back in school, wanting to pursue acting, but he also had his hopes set for radiology. I remember he told me back in july that it was his third chance at life, and he was messing up, even though hewasnt. Alexey always took everything to heart, always caring and compassionate, and knowing him he is doing a lot more damage to himself knowing that this tragedy has happened. Alexey had never been in trouble with the law, there was never any reason, he had made a mistake an accident, his judgement was impaired, but from what his passenger and also good friend to Alexey and I, Victor told me he did everything possible to try and avoid the cars and people, even though there was speed involved. Most of the damage to the vehicles involved was done to alexeys camry, mainly caused by the concrete barrier that was in the center of the expressway, not where the car had hit the pedestrian witch was on the passenger side, it was also raining that night, reducing visibility, alexey is responsible for speeding, and drinking while behnd the wheel, his judgement was impaired, it was an accident, a case of being at the wrong place at the wrong time, and not having a case of good judgement by getting behind the wheel, but from what i concluded from seeing the clips of the accident alexey did try and avoid the two cars even though his judgement was impaired. he truely is the type of person who changes people for the better, always an excellent listener, and very caring, people need to know the true alexey, not what the news turns him out to be.
