In the world of political insiders, it's apparent that stealing State funds for personal political gain doesn't measure up to stealing them for sickly wife handling.

At least, in Hevesi's case, you'd like to think there was some compassion. And teh lawyers say "nothing illegal" was done.

The irony is Spitzer wants State-funding of campaigns. Hey Eliot: What do you call this?
