People are to quick to forget that just three-four years ago the Red Sox were putting up ridiculous offensive numbers. They destroyed the rest of MLB in scoring and averaged almost seven runs a game. Did they win, no! It seems as the Red Sox finnally realized that nothing is more valuable than pitching. What is more reliable a great pitcher or great pitcher, its always pitcher. Josh Beckett is thriving in Boston, and watch out for this rotation as Dice-K follows in Beckett's footsteps and explodes onto the Cy Young Ballot in his second year in Boston; not to mention they have young and upcoming stars like John Lester and Clay Buchholz. Instead of leading the league in runs, I believe for years to come they are going to lead the league in ERA. This translates into WE DON'T NEED ANOTHER HITTER.
