City Seeks To Block Health Insurers' Merger

Submitted by R. Mandell, Dec 2, 2006 15:34

It would prove interesting for the City of New York's attorneys looking into this matter to inquire why GHI, whose principle business is purported to be providing NON-PROFIT HEALTH INSURANCE TO NY EMPLOYEES--spent a bundle on bidding/getting/getting swamped under/and becoming a Defendant-Intervenor in the HDM matter in the U.S. Court of Claims (04-694C) Order and Memorandum filed under seal on Nov. 30, 05 and Reissued with fewer redactions on Dec. 14, 05?

You folks ought to look into how far afield this operation is going to spend NYC premium bucks on gadfly ventures.

Say Hello to Mike!
