Sick of SCHIP

I think SCHIP is a great idea, but it has it's loop holes to screw people over. I know first hand. I'm only 17, Medicaid won't accept me and SCHIP denied, reapproved, denied and reapproved me so many times. They reapproved me only a few months before they're just going to cut me back off again. I think there SHOULD be a health insurance (mainly for children or adults) available to almost everyone, with acceptions.
